We recently stopped by to only look at used car inventory. Chad Phillips came out to see if we needed any questions ansewered. We found a nice used car that my wife and I liked. Chad allowed us to talk to his boss, Matt Lunstrum and looked at our trade while we drove the used car. We were treated with respect & courtesy and honest evaluation of our situation. I bought a used car from Felipe. I contacted Felipe about a specific truck on the internet. It turned out the truck was at another dealership 1 hour away. He quickly arranged for the vehicle to be brought to the location in which we were interested. Although we made an appointment to look at this specific truck we saw on the internet, he showed us another vehicle which was in better condition and about the same price. We ended up purchasing the 2nd vehicle. Felipe is not a pressure salesman. He is very easy with whom to work.

If there was a rating system, Gentry 8 (didn't have my truck clean), Sales 9+, listened to what I wanted and explained the vehicle I was interested in. Finance 10, very informed of all aspects of what my needs and concerns were.
