Hey, I recently had car troubles and had to take my car into my favorite mechanic. I had to rent a car from Gentry. The lady at the other end of the phone, Kelsy, was so helpful and kind. She offered to stay late just so I could get my car which would enable me to make it to work the next morning. She took me through the car, showed me how to operate everything from the lights to the seat warmer! I appreciated her so much. Today, when I returned the rental, she knew me and made sure everything was handled. When me and my son were awaiting a taxi to take us back to get our car, a gentleman overheard our conversation. He offered an escort back into Payette to retrieve my car. WOW! Thank you. The nice young man that drove me and my son was engaging and did not seem at all "put out" that he had to drive this lady and her kid around. Thank you for your help with this paperwork, Ladeana. We appreciated our experience on Dec 27 and 28 at Gentry Ford when we found we had an unexpected need for a 1 day rental. Started with a pleasant greeting and direction from the salesman at the door, he didn't think we would be able to rent the lime green Mustang on the floor though :-), plus both of you ladies in the rental department made it work out very well for us.
